GLUTE GUIDE
We all want a peachy butt that looks incredible in our jeans and my Glute Guide will achieve just that. The exercises in my plan are simple to follow for all levels and will strengthen, tone and give definition to the glutes.
The Glute Guide will focus on three major muscles: the glute maximus, glute medius, and glute minimus. This important group of muscles extends the hip, abducts the hip and does internal and external rotation of hip. They also contribute to stability of the pelvis needed for walking and running. They are extremely important muscles but often weak and underworked.
