Hey everyone and welcome to my Body Goals By Kady APP!
I personally don't like gyms this is why me and my Personal Trainer came up with some plans you can complete without being in a gym and with minimal equipment.
This APP is full of plans that I personally do myself to stay in shape, they’re all designed to receive maximum results in a short period of time, being both effective and fun!
Since July 2016 I have dedicated 3-4 hours a week working out. For me working out is so important not only for my body but for my mind. I suffer with anxiety and focusing my mind on my plans allows me to shut off from the outside world. My focus on life is to have a strong body and a strong mind and working out allows me to have both.
My aim is to help others live a healthy life whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or keep a healthy mind I know we can all achieve our body goals together in order to be the best version of ourselves. There really is a plan for everyone! My Body Goals community page offers group and one to one support and is ran by me personally.
